Apart from the Prime Minister, Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Ministers, rest all members of the Lok Sabha are called Private Members, and bills brought to the House by these members are called private member bills. Each of these members can submit 4 bills in one session.The rating and ranking of MPs in the Private Member Bill is based on their 4 bills submitted in one session. During the proceedings of the House, every Friday is assigned to bring private member bills.
Performance Criteria:Excellent: Performance 60% and above. Good: Performance 25% and above - below 60%.Average: Performance 10% and above - below 25%.Below Average: Performance above 0% and below 10%. Non Performer: 0% Performance.
