Every day in the Lok Sabha, proceeding after the Question Hour is considered as debate; it is shaped by combining various kind of business/work of Lok Sabha.The basis of the ratings and ranking of MPs in the debate is based on the number of participations by all members in all debates on that day and the number of total participation in debates by each members.It does not include ministers, Prime Minister, Lok Sabha Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Leader of Opposition, so we have kept all these honorable members out of rating and ranking of debate performance.
Performance Criteria:Excellent: Performance 60% and above. Good: Performance 25% and above - below 60%.Average: Performance 10% and above - below 25%.Below Average: Performance above 0% and below 10%. Non Performer: 0% Performance.
